YMC Inc. has recently added the high-speed, highly precise, smooth burr-free finishing Optiplex 3015 computer-controlled laser processing machine to our list of production equipment. This machine cuts metal to any shape you need.
Thick Material Capability:
We can cut mild steel up to 1″, stainless steel up to ½”, and aluminum up to ⅜”, making us versatile across a wide range of project needs.
High Precision Tolerance:
With a cutting tolerance of 0.001″, our equipment ensures exceptionally accurate results for even the most detailed specifications.

Shop Capabilities
In addition to our laser, our 24,000 sq. ft. sheet metal fabrication facility houses some of the industry's most advanced machinery, including a computerized coil line, plasma arc cutters, automated seam welders, and equipment for shearing, breaking, rolling, sawing, and handling—all integrated with in-house CAD to maximize output and minimize material use. Our 11,000 sq. ft. piping and steel fabrication facility is optimized for cutting, prepping, and welding stainless steel, aluminum, black iron, galvanized, galvannealed, and carbon metals, with capabilities like Victaulic up to 36", threading up to 3", and stainless steel orbital welding up to 10". We also maintain a mobile certified class 10 clean room for high purity piping fabrication on or off-site. Whatever your project requires, we can fabricate to virtually any specification and timeline with precision and efficiency.
